He said that a doctor's trip to Chapel Hill can be an all-day trip. He said that a lot of <br /> 16 citizens need service. He said that his concern is getting those citizens access to transportation. <br /> 17 He asked about the reverse circulator for the Hillsborough route and asked if that was still in <br /> 18 discussion. <br /> 19 Caroline Dwyer said she would have to follow-up on that. <br />
