OCDOA,with support from Orange County Public <br /> Transit(OCPT),Chapel Hill Transit(CHT),GoTriangle <br /> 2.1.1b Easy to read user guides are published and regularly updated and made OCDOA,with support from OCPT,CHT,GoTriangle <br /> available in formats that are accessible to community members with low vision, <br /> low literacy,and Spanish,Mandarin,Karen,Burmese,and other emerging <br /> priority languages as feasible. <br /> 2.1.1c Distribution locations that are accessible to racially diverse communities OCDOA,with support from OCPT,CHT,GoTriangle,OC <br /> are identified and regularly replenished with printed schedules and other Public Library,CH Public Library <br /> transportation information. <br /> 2.1.1d Regularly scheduled classes on subjects such as Bus Riding 101,bus safety, OCDOA,with support from OCPT,CHT,GoTriangle,OC <br /> Uber/Lyft,mobile ticketing,and transit apps are held at Senior Centers, Public Library,CH Public Library <br /> libraries and community centers,apartment complexes with a large number <br /> of older adults,faith-based communities,etc.with supportive services(e.g., <br /> an interpreter)to ensure access and participation for people from diverse <br /> backgrounds and with differing abilities. <br /> 2.1.1e The Department on Aging's Transportation Helpline is able to provide OCDOA <br /> multilingual information to callers. <br /> Orange County Master Aging Plan 25 <br />
