Advocacy, <br /> Dear FCO Donaldson May 26, 2022 <br /> c/o Orange County Government <br /> Board of Directors <br /> Kelly Holcombe I write today to amend the Orange County Rape Crisis Center's application for Capital <br /> Board President Expansion Loan funding based on a change of purpose. <br /> MarioMarion Brisk <br /> Brisk Since our application in 2018 we have committed to expanding our service provision to <br /> EmillyBrooke Jones Hillsborough and northern Orange County with the establishment of a second service site. <br /> Heather Nash While the commercial real estate market has been slow,we have recently come across an <br /> Kimberly Jones opportunity to purchase property at 210 Cornelius Street for the purpose of opening a <br /> Christian Lawson Hillsborough service site for sexual assault crisis response, case management, and <br /> Trish Noel prevention outreach. <br /> Joseph Polich <br /> Megan Quinn <br /> Lindsey Shiro The listing price for the property is $275,000. The OCRCC has secured funding in the <br /> Audrey Shore amount of$93,000 torwards this purchase,and has applied for an additional$110,000 from <br /> Tricia Smar the Cannon Foundation. This leaves a funding gap of approximately $72,000. Orange <br /> County previously approved our loan application in the amount of $24,343.
