He said the alternative voting structure from the <br /> 6 March 1St workshop identified a need to give Chapel Hill two votes because they are a primary <br /> 7 transportation provider. He said that formal invites have been sent to the towns of Carrboro, <br /> 8 Mebane, and Hillsborough to participate. He said that TJCOG and UNC would be at the table <br /> 9 but as non-voting members. He said two of the three parties prefer an alternative voting <br /> 10 structure.
