[FINAL ANNUAL ACTION <br /> PLAN WILL INCORPORATE ANY PUBLIC COMMENTS MADE ON JUNE 7, 2022] <br /> Summary <br /> The FY 2022-2023 Annual Action Plan for the Orange County HOME Consortium outlines which activities <br /> the County will undertake using HOME funds during the program year beginning July 1, 2022 and ending <br /> June 31, 2023.This is the County's third year of the 2020 Five-Year Consolidated Plan. <br /> During the FY 2022-2023 program year, the Orange County HOME Consortium will receive the following <br /> revenue: <br /> • FY 2022-2023 HOME Funds: $443,498, less 10% administration costs = $399,148 <br /> • HOME Program Income: $ 13,306 <br /> • HOME Match: $ 99,787 <br /> Total: $512,241 <br /> During the FY 2022-2023 HOME program year, the Orange County HOME Consortium proposes to <br /> address the following priority need categories from the 2020 Consolidated Plan: <br /> • Housing for People Experiencing Homelessness: Provide affordable rental housing for <br /> households experiencing homelessness. <br /> o Priority Level: High <br /> o Associated Goals: Rental Construction, Rental Assistance, Housing Rehabilitation/ <br /> Preservation, Grant Administration <br /> • Housing for Low-and Moderate-Income Households: Provide affordable housing (both rental <br /> and ownership)for households with moderate and low incomes, especially those with extremely <br /> low incomes. <br /> o Priority Level: High <br /> Annual Action Plan 6 <br /> FY 2022-2023 <br />
