No parking shall be located within this area ; <br /> 3 . 25 ft . setback from property lines abutting non - residentially <br /> zoned property and the Service Road right- of-way . <br /> d . Open Space : 48 . 3 acres ( 30 % ) of land within the Project shall be preserved <br /> as open space area . <br />
