Services <br /> a. Scope of Work. <br /> i) This Agreement is for services to be rendered by Provider to County with respect <br /> to (insert type of project): Fee proposal for providing professional planning and <br /> design services for the Orange County Government Facilities Master Plan. Our <br /> proposal has been organized into the following sections: <br /> ii) 1. Scope of Project <br /> iii) 2. Proposed Scope of Services <br /> iv) 3. Deliverables <br /> v) 4. Proposed Schedule <br /> vi) 5. Proposed Team <br /> vii) 6. Clarifications <br /> viii) 7. Proposed Fees <br /> ix) 8. Invoicing &Payments <br /> x) By executing this Agreement, the Provider represents and agrees that Provider is <br /> qualified to perform and fully capable of performing and providing the services <br /> required or necessary under this Agreement in a fully competent, professional and <br /> timely manner. <br /> xi) Time is of the essence with respect to this Agreement. <br /> xii) The services to be performed under this Agreement consist of Basic Services, as <br /> described and designated in Section 3 hereof.
