It was proposed / <br />in 2001 when the Planning Dept. started rewriting our Development , <br />Ordinance (now called Land Use Management Ordinance or LUMO), but the <br />change was not written into the newly adopted LUMO, so the board make-up <br />remains the same,. <br />I hope this takes care of all of your questions.
