This draft was previously <br /> provided to the BOCC, and a copy is also attached to this abstract. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: There is no financial impact associated with consideration of the <br /> proposed guidelines. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board review and discuss the <br /> proposed guidelines, make any necessary modifications, and approve the guidelines as <br /> revised. <br />
