Includes: <br />(1) "Building information modeling <br />services"; <br />(2) Design, development, programming, <br />analysis, training, use, hosting, <br />management, support and <br />maintenance of any software, <br />database, internet services or <br />website; <br />(3) Quality control or scientific <br />review, assistance and <br />documentation; and <br />(4) Material testing; <br />in connection with any of the <br />services described in Paragraph a. <br />above. <br />76. "Your product": <br />a. Means: <br />(1) Any goods or products, other than <br />real property, manufactured, sold, <br />handled, distributed by: <br />(a) Any "named Insured"; <br />(b) Others trading under any <br />"named insured's" name; or <br />(c) A person or organization whose <br />business or assets any "named <br />insured" has acquired; and <br />(2) Containers (other than vehicles), <br />materials, parts or equipment <br />furnished in connection with such <br />goods or products. <br />b. Includes: <br />(1) Warranties or representations made <br />at any time with respect to the <br />fitness, quality, durability, <br />performance or use of "your <br />product"; and <br />(2) The providing of, or failure to <br />provide, warnings or instructions. <br />c. Does not include vending machines or <br />other property rented to or located <br />for the use of others but not sold. <br />77. "Your work": <br />a. Means: <br />(1) Work or operations performed by <br />or on behalf of any "named <br />insured"; and <br />(2) Materials, parts or equipment <br />furnished in connection with such <br />work or operations. <br />b.
