<br />e. Vehicles not described in Paragraph a.,
<br />b., c. or d. above that are not self-
<br />propelled and are maintained primarily
<br />to provide mobility to permanently
<br />attached equipment of the following
<br />types:
<br />(1) Air compressors, pumps and
<br />generators, including spraying,
<br />welding, building cleaning, geo-
<br />physical exploration, lighting and
<br />well servicing equipment; or
<br />(2) Cherry pickers and similar devices
<br />used to raise or lower workers; or
<br />f. Vehicles not described in Paragraph a.,
<br />b., c. or d. above maintained primarily
<br />for purposes other than the
<br />transportation of persons or cargo.
<br />However, self-propelled vehicles with
<br />the following types of permanently
<br />attached equipment are not "mobile
<br />equipment" but will be considered
<br />"autos":
<br />(1) Equipment designed primarily for:
<br />(a) Snow removal;
<br />(b) Road maintenance, but not
<br />construction or resurfacing; or
<br />(c) Street cleaning;
<br />(2) Cherry pickers and similar devices
<br />mounted on automobile or truck
<br />chassis and used to raise or lower
<br />workers; and
<br />(3) Air compressors, pumps and
<br />generators, including spraying,
<br />welding, building cleaning, geo-
<br />physical exploration, lighting and
<br />well servicing equipment.
<br />However, "mobile equipment" does not
<br />include any land vehicle that is subject
<br />to a compulsory or financial
<br />responsibility law, or other motor vehicle
<br />insurance law, where it is licensed or
<br />principally garaged. Such land vehicles
<br />are considered "autos".
<br />46. "Named insured" means:
<br />a. Any person or organization stated in
<br />Item 1. of the Travelers ECP Custom
<br />Declarations; or
<br />b. Any organization, other than a
<br />partnership, joint venture or limited
<br />liability company, that is acquired or
<br />formed during the "policy period" by
<br />any organization described in
<br />Paragraph a. above, and of which such
<br />described organization is the sole
<br />owner or in which such described
<br />organization maintains an ownership
<br />interest of more than 50%, if there is
<br />no other similar insurance available to
<br />that acquired or formed organization.
<br />However:
<br />(1) Coverage under this provision is
<br />afforded only until the 90th day
<br />after such acquisition or formation
<br />or the end of the "policy period",
<br />whichever is earlier;
<br />(2) Any Contractors Professional
<br />Liability Coverage, any Contractors
<br />Professional Liability Loss
<br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage and
<br />any Contractors Indemnity For
<br />Design Professional's Liability
<br />Coverage does not apply to any
<br />act, error or omission that is
<br />committed before such acquisition
<br />or formation; and
<br />(3) Any "Pollution Liability Coverage"
<br />or any Contractors Indemnity For
<br />Subcontractor's Pollution Liability
<br />Coverage does not apply to any
<br />"pollution conditions" that
<br />commence before such acquisition
<br />or formation.
<br />For the purposes of the definition of
<br />"insured", each such acquired or
<br />formed organization will be deemed
<br />to be designated in the Travelers ECP
<br />Custom Declarations as an
<br />organization other than a partnership,
<br />joint venture or limited liability
<br />company.
<br />47. "Natural resources" means land, fish,
<br />wildlife, biota, air, surface or ground
<br />water, drinking water supplies and other
<br />such resources belonging to, managed by,
<br />held in trust by, appertaining to, or
<br />otherwise controlled by the United States
<br />of America, any state or local
<br />government, any foreign government, any
<br />Indian tribe or, if such resources are
<br />subject to a trust restriction on
<br />alienation, any member of an Indian
<br />tribe.
<br />48. "Non-owned disposal site pollution
<br />conditions" means any "pollution
<br />conditions" that:
<br />a. Are at, on, under or from any
<br />"covered non-owned disposal site";
<br />and
<br />b. Are a discharge, dispersal, seepage,
<br />migration, release or escape of
<br />"pollutants" that have been
<br />transported as waste by or on behalf
<br />of the "named insured" to such
<br />"covered non-owned disposal site".
<br />49. "On-site pollution clean-up costs" means
<br />"pollution clean-up costs" incurred by
<br />you or on your behalf for only the part
