RP 10 00 10 21 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />(5) All interest on the full amount of <br />any judgment that accrues after <br />entry of the judgment and before <br />we have paid, offered to pay or <br />deposited in court the part of the <br />judgment that is within the <br />applicable limit of insurance. If we <br />do not pay part of the judgment <br />for any reason other than it is <br />more than the applicable limit of <br />insurance, "loss" does not include <br />any interest that accrues on that <br />portion of the judgment; and <br />(6) The cost of any required appeal <br />bond for any judgment that we <br />appeal, but only for bond amounts <br />for that part of the judgment that <br />is for "loss" to which this <br />insurance applies and which is <br />within the applicable limit of <br />insurance. We will pay, or <br />reimburse the "insured" for, the <br />cost of a higher appeal bond <br />amount if we are required to do <br />so under applicable law. We will <br />not be the principal under any <br />appeal bond and do not have to <br />furnish any appeal bond. <br />c. For the purposes of Emergency <br />Response Costs under any Contractors <br />Pollution Liability Coverage and <br />Asbestos Emergency Response Costs <br />under any Contractors Asbestos <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, <br />"emergency response costs". <br />d. For the purposes of On-Site Pollution <br />Clean-Up Costs under any Site <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, "on-site <br />pollution clean-up costs". <br />e. For the purposes of Business <br />Interruption For On-Site Pollution <br />Clean-Up Costs Losses under any Site <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, "business <br />interruption loss". <br />f. For the purposes of any Contractors <br />Indemnity For Design Professional's <br />Liability Coverage: <br />(1) Compensatory damages; and <br />(2) Prejudgment interest awarded <br />against the "design professional" <br />on that part of the judgment which <br />we pay and which is within the <br />applicable limit of insurance. <br />g. For the purposes of any Contractors <br />Indemnity For Subcontractor's Pollution <br />Liability Coverage: <br />(1) Compensatory damages; and <br />(2) Prejudgment interest awarded <br />against the "specified sub- <br />contractor" on that part of the <br />judgment which we pay and which <br />is within the applicable limit of <br />insurance. <br />h. For the purposes of any Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage, "professional <br />liability loss mitigation expenses". <br />i. For the purposes of any Contractors <br />Pollution Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage, "pollution loss mitigation <br />expenses". <br />j. For the purposes of any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, "crisis <br />management services expenses". <br />44. "Low-level radioactivity pollution <br />conditions": <br />a. Means any "pollution conditions" that <br />are the discharge, dispersal, seepage, <br />migration, release or escape of: <br />(1) Low-level radioactive waste as <br />defined in Title 10 Code of <br />Federal Regulations as of the first <br />day of the "policy period"; or <br />(2) Material regulated by the United <br />States Nuclear Regulatory <br />Commission or an Agreement <br />State under a Type A, B or C <br />Specific License of Broad Scope <br />as defined in Title 10 Code of <br />Federal Regulations, Part 33.11. <br />b. Does not include radium, potassium, <br />thorium or uranium, or any other <br />naturally occurring radioactive <br />material, regardless of whether it has <br />been technically enhanced. <br />45. "Mobile equipment" means any of the <br />following types of land vehicles, <br />including any attached machinery or <br />equipment: <br />a. Bulldozers, farm machinery, forklifts <br />and other vehicles designed for use <br />principally off public roads; <br />b. Vehicles maintained for use solely on <br />or next to premises any "named <br />insured" owns or rents; <br />c. Vehicles that travel on crawler treads; <br />d.
