RP 10 00 10 21 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />exclusively for any job site <br />where operations are being <br />performed by or on behalf of <br />such "named insured" that are <br />part of such "named insured's" <br />contractor business. For the <br />purposes of any Contractors <br />Pollution Liability Coverage and <br />any Contractors Asbestos <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, <br />this exclusion does not apply <br />to "property damage" to, or <br />"pollution clean-up costs" for, <br />any premises, site or location <br />that is temporarily rented or <br />occupied by, or temporarily <br />loaned to, the "named insured" <br />exclusively for any job site <br />where "covered operations" are <br />being performed; <br />d. Only for the purposes of: <br />(1) Any Contractors Professional <br />Liability Coverage, and only with <br />respect to the conduct of the <br />"named insured's" contractor <br />business; and <br />(2) Any Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Coverage, any Contractors Asbestos <br />Pollution Liability Coverage, and <br />any Non-Owned Disposal Site <br />Pollution Legal Liability Coverage <br />if the "non-owned disposal site <br />pollution conditions" are <br />"contractor waste non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions", <br />and only with respect to the <br />conduct of "covered operations" <br />for the "named insured's" <br />business; <br />the following persons or organizations: <br />(1) The "named insured's" former or <br />retired partners who are individuals <br />and whom such "named insured" <br />hires or retains as independent <br />contractors in a contract or <br />agreement with that former or <br />retired partner if such "named <br />insured" is designated in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />as a partnership, but only for their <br />performance of duties under such <br />contract or agreement; <br />(2) The "named insured's" former or <br />retired members who are <br />individuals and whom such "named <br />insured" hires or retains as <br />independent contractors in a <br />contract or agreement with that <br />former or retired member if such <br />"named insured" is designated in <br />the Travelers ECP Custom <br />Declarations as a limited liability <br />company but only for their <br />performance of duties under such <br />contract or agreement; and <br />(3) The "named insured's" former or <br />retired "employees" that such <br />"named insured" hires or retains <br />as independent contractors in a <br />contract or agreement with that <br />former or retired "employee" but <br />only for their performance of <br />duties under such contract or <br />agreement. <br />However, none of these <br />"employees" are "insureds" for: <br />(a) "Loss" because of "bodily <br />injury" described in Paragraph <br />c.(7)(a) above; or <br />(b) "Property damage" or <br />"pollution clean-up costs" <br />described in Paragraph c.(7)(b) <br />above; and <br />e. Only for the purposes of: <br />(1) Any Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Coverage; <br />(2) Any Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Coverage; and <br />(3) Any Non-Owned Disposal Site <br />Pollution Legal Liability Coverage <br />if the "non-owned disposal site <br />pollution conditions" are "contractor <br />waste non-owned disposal site <br />pollution conditions"; <br />any person or organization that the <br />"named insured" agreed in a written <br />contract or agreement to include as <br />an additional insured under this <br />insurance. <br />However, such person or organization <br />is an "insured" only for "bodily <br />injury", "property damage" or <br />"pollution clean-up costs" arising out <br />of "covered operations" performed by <br />or on behalf of any "named insured" <br />and only to the extent that the <br />"pollution conditions" are caused by <br />acts or omissions of any "named <br />insured" or any of such "named <br />insured's" subcontractors. <br />Also, the insurance provided to such <br />person or organization is subject to <br />the following provisions: <br />(1) The limits of insurance provided <br />to such person or organization will <br />be the minimum limits which the <br />"named insured" agreed to provide <br />in the written contract or <br />agreement, or the limits shown in <br />the Travelers ECP Custom <br />Declarations, whichever are less. <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: E0C7DD5C-4FA6-4C9E-85B9-3CA337445269
