The Self-Insured Retention For <br />Contractors Professional Liability Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage and the <br />Co-Insurance Percentage For Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage shown in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations and <br />the rules below fix the amount of "loss" <br />that is "professional liability loss <br />mitigation expenses" under Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage for which you will be <br />financially responsible. <br />3. You will be financially responsible for: <br />a. The amount within the Self-Insured <br />Retention For Contractors Professional <br />Liability Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage; and <br />b. The Co-Insurance Percentage For <br />Contractors Professional Liability Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage; <br />for all "loss" that is "professional <br />liability loss mitigation expenses" under <br />Contractors Professional Liability Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage arising out <br />of the same act, error or omission or <br />"related" acts, errors or omissions. You <br />will be financially responsible for the <br />Co-Insurance Percentage For Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage in addition to the <br />Self-Insured Retention For Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage. The amount you will <br />be financially responsible for within the <br />Co-Insurance Percentage For Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage will be determined <br />based on the amount of all "professional <br />liability loss mitigation expenses" <br />covered under Contractors Professional <br />Liability Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage that remains after the Self- <br />Insured Retention For Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage has been applied. <br />4. If an amount is shown for: <br />a. The Contractors Pollution Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Aggregate Limit <br />in the Travelers ECP Custom <br />Declarations, the self-insured retention <br />described in Paragraphs 5. and 6. <br />below applies; and <br />b. The Co-Insurance Percentage For <br />Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage in the Travelers <br />ECP Custom Declarations, the co- <br />insurance percentage described in <br />Paragraphs 5. and 6. below applies; <br />to "loss" that is "pollution loss <br />mitigation expenses" under Contractors <br />Pollution Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage. <br />5. The Self-Insured Retention For <br />Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage and the Co-Insurance <br />Percentage For Contractors Pollution Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage shown in <br />the Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />and the rules below fix the amount of <br />"loss" that is "pollution loss mitigation <br />expenses" under Contractors Pollution <br />Loss Mitigation Expenses Coverage for <br />which you will be financially responsible. <br />6. You will be financially responsible for: <br />a. The amount within the Self-Insured <br />Retention For Contractors Pollution <br />Loss Mitigation Expenses Coverage; <br />and <br />b. The Co-Insurance Percentage For <br />Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage; <br />for all "loss" that is "pollution loss <br />mitigation expenses" under Contractors <br />Pollution Loss Mitigation Expenses arising <br />out of the "faulty work incident" or <br />"related" "faulty work incidents". You <br />will be financially responsible for the <br />Co-Insurance Percentage For Contractors <br />Pollution Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage in addition to the Self-Insured <br />Retention For Contractors Pollution Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage. The <br />amount you will be financially <br />responsible for within the Co-Insurance <br />Percentage For Contractors Pollution Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage will be <br />determined based on the amount of all <br />"pollution loss mitigation expenses" <br />covered under Contractors Pollution Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage that <br />remains after the Self-Insured Retention <br />For Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage has been applied. <br />7.
