"Loss" under any Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Coverage if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations is <br />more than $250,000; <br />c. "Loss" under any Contractors <br />Indemnity For Subcontractor's <br />Pollution Liability Coverage; <br />arising out the same or "related" <br />"pollution conditions". <br />The Each Pollution Condition Limit is <br />further subject to Paragraphs 3., 4., 5., 6., <br />7. 8., 10., 12. and 13. above for "loss" <br />and "defense expenses" to which any <br />limit described in any of such paragraphs <br />applies. <br />SECTION III - DEDUCTIBLES <br />1. The deductibles shown in the Travelers <br />ECP Custom Declarations and the rules <br />below fix the amount of "loss" and <br />"defense expenses" to which the <br />insurance provided under one or more <br />liability coverages in "your ECP coverage <br />forms" applies that are incurred by or on <br />behalf of the "insured" and that you <br />must pay regardless of the number of: <br />a. "Insureds"; <br />b. "Claims" made; <br />c. Persons or organizations making <br />"claims"; <br />d. "Emergency response costs" losses <br />incurred under any Contractors <br />Pollution Liability Coverage and any <br />Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Coverage; <br />e. "Covered operations" under any <br />Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Coverage, any Non-Owned Disposal <br />Site Pollution Legal Liability Coverage, <br />any Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Coverage and any Contractors <br />Indemnity For Subcontractor's <br />Pollution Liability Coverage; <br />f. "On-site pollution clean-up costs" <br />losses incurred under any Site <br />Pollution Liability Coverage; or <br />g. "Covered locations" under any Site <br />Pollution Liability Coverage and any <br />Non-Owned Disposal Site Pollution <br />Legal Liability Coverage. <br />2. The Each Act, Error Or Omission <br />Deductible applies to all "loss" and <br />"defense expenses" under any <br />Contractors Professional Liability <br />Coverage arising out of the same act, <br />error or omission or "related" acts, <br />errors or omissions. <br />However, we will reduce the Each Act, <br />Error Or Omission Deductible by 50%, up <br />to a maximum reduction of $25,000, if <br />all "claims" subject to the Each Act, <br />Error Or Omission Deductible are settled <br />during an "agreed mediation". <br />3. The Each Pollution Condition Deductible <br />applies to all "loss" and "defense <br />expenses" under any "Pollution Liability <br />Coverage" arising out of the same or <br />"related" "pollution conditions". <br />However, we will reduce the Each <br />Pollution Condition Deductible by 50%, up <br />to a maximum reduction of $25,000, if <br />all "claims" subject to the Each Pollution <br />Condition Deductible are settled during an <br />"agreed mediation". <br />4. If an amount is shown for the Total <br />Original Deductible in the Travelers ECP <br />Custom Declarations, the Total Original <br />Deductible is the most that you will be <br />responsible for paying for the combined <br />total of all applicable Each Act, Error Or <br />Omission Deductibles and Each Pollution <br />Condition Deductibles. If no amount is <br />shown for the Total Original Deductible <br />in the Travelers ECP Custom <br />Declarations, the Total Original Deductible <br />does not apply, and you will be <br />responsible for paying all applicable Each <br />Act, Error Or Omission Deductibles and <br />Each Pollution Condition Deductibles <br />without further limitation, regardless of <br />how often they apply. <br />If the Total Original Deductible has been <br />used up, the Each Act, Error Or Omission <br />Maintenance Deductible applies to all <br />"loss" and "defense expenses" under any <br />Contractors Professional Liability <br />Coverage arising out of the same act, <br />error or omission or "related" acts, <br />errors or omissions. <br />However, if you paid any part of the <br />Each Act, Error Or Omission Deductible <br />for any of such "loss" or "defense <br />expenses" before the Total Original <br />Deductible was used up, we will reduce <br />the applicable Each Act, Error Or <br />Omission Maintenance Deductible by the <br />amount of such payment.
