The Silica Pollution Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit if the "non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions" are <br />"contractor waste non-owned disposal <br />site pollution conditions" and also are <br />"silica pollution conditions"; and <br />e. The Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit if the "non- <br />owned disposal site pollution <br />conditions" are "contractor waste <br />non-owned disposal site pollution <br />conditions" and also are "asbestos <br />pollution conditions". <br />8. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the <br />Contractors Asbestos Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit is the most we will pay <br />for the sum of all "loss" and "defense <br />expenses" to which the insurance <br />provided for "asbestos pollution <br />conditions" under any Contractors <br />Asbestos Pollution Liability Coverage <br />applies for the combined total of all <br />"claims", "emergency response costs" <br />and "defense expenses". <br />The Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit is further <br />subject to: <br />a. The Emergency Response Costs <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"emergency response costs", and <br />"defense expenses", under Asbestos <br />Emergency Response Costs in any <br />Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Coverage; and <br />b. The Auto Transportation Pollution <br />Conditions Contractors Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Sublimit if the <br />"asbestos pollution conditions" also <br />are "auto transportation pollution <br />conditions". <br />9. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the <br />Contractors Professional Liability Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Aggregate Limit is <br />the most we will pay for the sum of all <br />"loss" under any Contractors Professional <br />Liability Loss Mitigation Expenses <br />Coverage for the combined total of all <br />such "loss". <br />10. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the <br />Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Aggregate Limit is the most we <br />will pay for the sum of all "loss" under <br />any Contractors Pollution Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage for the combined <br />total of all such "loss". <br />11. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the <br />Contractors Indemnity For Design <br />Professional's Liability Aggregate Limit is <br />the most we will pay for the sum of all <br />"loss" under any Contractors Indemnity <br />For Design Professional's Liability <br />Coverage for the combined total of all <br />such "loss". <br />12. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the <br />Contractors Indemnity For Subcontractor's <br />Pollution Liability Aggregate Limit is the <br />most we will pay for the sum of all <br />"loss" under any Contractors Indemnity <br />For Subcontractor's Pollution Liability <br />Coverage for the combined total of all <br />such "loss". <br />13. The Crisis Management Services Expenses <br />For Pollution Liability Aggregate Limit is <br />the most we will pay for all "loss" <br />under any Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability Coverage <br />for the combined total of all such "loss". <br />If the amount shown for the Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations is <br />more than $250,000, the Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Aggregate Limit is <br />subject to Paragraph 2. above. <br />14. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the Each <br />Act, Error Or Omission Limit is the most <br />we will pay for the sum of all: <br />a. "Loss" and "defense expenses" under <br />any Contractors Professional Liability <br />Coverage; <br />b. "Loss" under any Contractors <br />Professional Liability Loss Mitigation <br />Expenses Coverage; and <br />c. "Loss" under any Contractors <br />Indemnity For Design Professional's <br />Liability Coverage; <br />arising out of the same act, error or <br />omission or "related" acts, errors or <br />omissions. <br />The Each Act, Error Or Omission Limit is <br />further subject to: <br />a. The Contractors Professional Liability <br />Loss Mitigation Expenses Aggregate <br />Limit for "loss" under any <br />Contractors Professional Liability Loss <br />Mitigation Expenses Coverage; and <br />b. The Contractors Indemnity For Design <br />Professional's Liability Aggregate <br />Limit for "loss" under any <br />Contractors Indemnity For Design <br />Professional's Liability Coverage. <br />15. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the Each <br />Pollution Condition Limit is the most we <br />will pay for the sum of all: <br />a.
