Silica Pollution Conditions Aggregate <br />Sublimit. This is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of all: <br />(1) "Loss", other than "crisis <br />management services expenses", <br />and "defense expenses"; and <br />(2) "Loss" that is "crisis management <br />services expenses" if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />is more than $250,000; <br />to which the insurance provided for <br />"silica pollution conditions" under one <br />or more of "your ECP coverage <br />forms" applies for the combined total <br />of all "claims" and such "crisis <br />management services expenses". <br />The Silica Pollution Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit is further subject <br />to: <br />(1) The Non-Owned Disposal Site <br />Pollution Legal Liability Aggregate <br />Limit for "loss" and "defense <br />expenses" under any Non-Owned <br />Disposal Site Pollution Legal <br />Liability Coverage if the "silica <br />pollution conditions" also are <br />"contractor waste non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions"; <br />and <br />(2) The Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses" under any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage. <br />f. Transportation Pollution Conditions <br />Site Pollution Liability Aggregate <br />Sublimit. This is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of all: <br />(1) "Loss", other than "crisis <br />management services expenses", <br />and "defense expenses"; and <br />(2) "Loss" that is "crisis management <br />services expenses" if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />is more than $250,000; <br />to which the insurance provided for <br />"transportation pollution conditions" <br />under one or more of "your ECP <br />coverage forms" applies for the <br />combined total of all "claims", "on- <br />site pollution clean-up costs", <br />"defense expenses" and such "crisis <br />management services expenses". <br />The Transportation Pollution Conditions <br />Site Pollution Liability Aggregate <br />Sublimit is further subject to: <br />(1) The On-Site Pollution Clean-Up <br />Costs Aggregate Limit for "loss" <br />that is "on-site pollution clean-up <br />costs", and "defense expenses", <br />under On-Site Pollution Clean-Up <br />Costs in any Site Pollution <br />Liability Coverage; and <br />(2) The Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses" under any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage. <br />7. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, the Non- <br />Owned Disposal Site Pollution Legal <br />Liability Aggregate Limit is the most we <br />will pay for the sum of all "loss" and <br />"defense expenses" to which the <br />insurance provided for "non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions" under <br />any Non-Owned Disposal Site Pollution <br />Legal Liability Coverage applies for the <br />combined total of all "claims". <br />The Non-Owned Disposal Site Pollution <br />Legal Liability Aggregate Limit is further <br />subject to: <br />a. The Fungi Or Bacteria Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit if the "non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions" are <br />"contractor waste non-owned disposal <br />site pollution conditions" and also are <br />"fungi or bacteria conditions"; <br />b. The Lead Pollution Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit if the "non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions" are <br />"contractor waste non-owned disposal <br />site pollution conditions" and also are <br />"lead pollution conditions"; <br />c.
