Page 9 of 37 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Fungi Or Bacteria Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit is further subject <br />to: <br />(1) The Emergency Response Costs <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"emergency response costs", and <br />"defense expenses", under <br />Emergency Response Costs in any <br />Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Coverage; <br />(2) The Non-Owned Disposal Site <br />Pollution Legal Liability Aggregate <br />Limit for "loss" and "defense <br />expenses" under any Non-Owned <br />Disposal Site Pollution Legal <br />Liability Coverage if the "fungi or <br />bacteria conditions" also are <br />"contractor waste non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions"; <br />and <br />(3) The Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses" under any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage. <br />c. Lead Pollution Conditions Aggregate <br />Sublimit. This is the most we will <br />pay for the sum of all: <br />(1) "Loss", other than "crisis <br />management services expenses", <br />and "defense expenses"; and <br />(2) "Loss" that is "crisis management <br />services expenses" if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />is more than $250,000; <br />to which the insurance provided for <br />"lead pollution conditions" under one <br />or more of "your ECP coverage <br />forms" applies for the combined total <br />of all "claims", "emergency response <br />costs", "defense expenses" and such <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses". <br />The Lead Pollution Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit is further subject <br />to: <br />(1) The Emergency Response Costs <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"emergency response costs", and <br />"defense expenses", under <br />Emergency Response Costs in any <br />Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Coverage; <br />(2) The Non-Owned Disposal Site <br />Pollution Legal Liability Aggregate <br />Limit for "loss" and "defense <br />expenses" under any Non-Owned <br />Disposal Site Pollution Legal <br />Liability Coverage if the "lead <br />pollution conditions" also are <br />"contractor waste non-owned <br />disposal site pollution conditions"; <br />and <br />(3) The Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses" under any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage. <br />d.
