Low-Level Radioactivity Pollution <br />Conditions Aggregate Sublimit for <br />"loss" that is "on-site pollution clean- <br />up costs", and "defense expenses", to <br />which the insurance provided for <br />"low-level radioactivity pollution <br />conditions" under one or more of <br />"your ECP coverage forms" applies; <br />and <br />b. The Transportation Pollution Conditions <br />Site Pollution Liability Aggregate <br />Sublimit for "loss" that is "on-site <br />pollution clean-up costs", and <br />"defense expenses", to which the <br />insurance provided for "transportation <br />pollution conditions" under one or <br />more of "your ECP coverage forms" <br />applies. <br />5. Subject to Paragraphs 2. and 4. above, <br />the Business Interruption For On-Site <br />Pollution Clean-Up Costs Aggregate Limit <br />is most we will pay for all "loss" that <br />is "business interruption loss" under <br />Business Interruption For On-Site <br />Pollution Clean-Up Costs Losses in any <br />Site Pollution Liability Coverage for the <br />combined total of all such "loss". <br />6. Subject to Paragraph 2. above, if an <br />amount is shown for any of the <br />following Limits of Insurance in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations, such <br />limit of insurance applies as described <br />below. If no amount is shown for any <br />of the following Limits of Insurance in <br />the Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />and coverage for the "loss" or "defense <br />expenses" described in such limit of <br />insurance is included in "your ECP <br />coverage forms", such limit of insurance <br />does not apply, and the otherwise <br />applicable aggregate limit of insurance <br />applies to such coverage. <br />a. Auto Transportation Pollution Conditions <br />Contractors Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Sublimit. This is the most <br />we will pay for the sum of all: <br />(1) "Loss", other than "crisis <br />management services expenses", <br />and "defense expenses"; and <br />(2) "Loss" that is "crisis management <br />services expenses" if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />is more than $250,000; <br />to which the insurance provided for <br />"auto transportation pollution <br />conditions" under one or more of <br />"your ECP coverage forms" applies <br />for the combined total of all <br />"claims", "emergency response <br />costs", "defense expenses" and such <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses". <br />The Auto Transportation Pollution <br />Conditions Contractors Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Sublimit is further <br />subject to: <br />(1) The Emergency Response Costs <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"emergency response costs", and <br />"defense expenses", under: <br />(a) Emergency Response Costs in <br />any Contractors Pollution <br />Liability Coverage; or <br />(b) Asbestos Emergency Response <br />Costs in any Contractors <br />Asbestos Pollution Liability <br />Coverage; <br />(2) The Contractors Asbestos Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit for <br />"loss" and "defense expenses" <br />under any Contractors Asbestos <br />Pollution Liability Coverage if the <br />"auto transportation pollution <br />conditions" also are "asbestos <br />pollution conditions"; and <br />(3) The Crisis Management Services <br />Expenses For Pollution Liability <br />Aggregate Limit for "loss" that is <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses" under any Crisis <br />Management Services Expenses For <br />Pollution Liability Coverage. <br />b. Fungi Or Bacteria Conditions <br />Aggregate Sublimit. This is the most <br />we will pay for the sum of all: <br />(1) "Loss", other than "crisis <br />management services expenses", <br />and "defense expenses"; and <br />(2) "Loss" that is "crisis management <br />services expenses" if the amount <br />shown for the Crisis Management <br />Services Expenses For Pollution <br />Liability Aggregate Limit in the <br />Travelers ECP Custom Declarations <br />is more than $250,000; <br />to which the insurance provided for <br />"fungi or bacteria conditions" under <br />one or more of "your ECP coverage <br />forms" applies for the combined total <br />of all "claims", "emergency response <br />costs", "defense expenses" and such <br />"crisis management services <br />expenses". <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: E0C7DD5C-4FA6-4C9E-85B9-3CA337445269
