Primary <br />Insurance, is replaced by the following: <br /> <br />a. Primary Insurance <br /> <br />This insurance is primary except when <br />Paragraph b. below applies. If this insurance <br />is primary, our obligations are not affected <br />unless any of the other insurance is also <br />primary.
