The Committee consists of five <br /> members, three of which are appointed by the Board of County Commissioners. <br /> Ms. Jean Andrews Earnhardt's first term expired on January 31, 2002. She is eligible for <br /> another term and is being recommended for reappointment. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): Reappoint Ms. Jean Andrews Earnhardt to the Carrboro Northern <br /> Transition Area Advisory Committee for a second term to expire January 31, 2005. <br />
