<br /> The lease of the property will be made to Well Dot,Inc.,a Delaware Corpora-
<br /> tion with facilities in Chapel Hill,North Carolina,for a term of ten years for the F
<br /> purpose of general office use related to healthcare operations. Upon mutual
<br /> agreement of the parties the lease may be renewed for two additional five year
<br /> terms. In consideration of the lease Well Dot,Inc.,will pay Orange County an h
<br /> initial deposit of Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars($250,000.00)and a base
<br /> rental fee of Thirty Three Thousand Seven Hundred Fourteen Dollars and Six- 4}
<br /> ty-seven Cents($33,714.67)per month for the full term with a two percent(2%)
<br /> increase beginning in year seven of the Lease.Any renewal will reflect similar

<br /> The Board will consider the appropriation of county general funds for the
<br /> purpose of entering into an Economic Development Incentive Agreement with
<br /> Well Dot,Inc.,a Delaware Corporation with health care operation facilities in
<br /> Chapel Hill,North Carolina.The amount is not to exceed Two Million Dollars. Notar Public in and for the state of Texas,residin in
