21 <br />Page 2 of 2 <br />Linda Schmoldt <br />Other Comments: <br />I see the task force as a welcome opportunity to serve the animals and citizens of the <br />county by making use of my particular expertise and passion. The HSUS report <br />impressed me with its thoroughness and provides an excellent blueprint for change, as <br />does the Interim Report. Having been a member of the focus group organized by the <br />Dispute Resolution Center in order to address concerns about the shelter, I had an <br />excellent Opportunity to learn about the concerns of a wide variety of people. What I <br />hope is that we will be able to move forward in a positive way and provide a channel for <br />the concerns local citizens have in regard to animals.
