I do not bear the APS any significant ill will, but I do believe that the former and <br />current members of the Board of Directors were and are ill-informed and incompetent on <br />many levels. It is time to change to a properly run county shelter. If my experience and <br />vision can help that come to be, I willingly offer my service to the County.
