Preliminary Layouts: Utilizing online GIS information (topography, property boundaries, <br /> wetlands, soils, etc.), results of Task B above and other data sources, DAA will investigate the <br /> potential project site for usable areas and areas to be avoided. Based on the data gathered 2 <br /> optional site layouts will be generated for discussion with regulatory agencies to determine the <br /> approvals and necessary improvements to be undertaken. Input from the agency meetings will <br /> be incorporated into a selected layout. <br /> D. Regulatory Agency Meetings: DAA will meeting the following agencies to discuss the site layout <br /> options and determine the necessary approvals needed for the project. Input from these <br /> meetings will incorporated into the layouts under Task C. Agencies to be met with include the <br /> following: <br /> • Orange County Planning & Inspections <br /> • Orange County Health Department (septic and well permitting) <br /> • NCDOT <br /> E. Cost Estimation: Upon finalization of the preliminary layout, a detailed cost estimate for the <br /> project will be generated for use in budgeting and final project planning. <br /> III.
