Many of the residents grew <br />up in this area of Carrboro and are opting to age in place. Many of the <br />other single-family homes have transitioned to younger families. <br /> <br />Parties who will receive indirect benefits include: <br />- The local economy through the purchase of retrofit materials <br />from Fitch Lumber Company, located in Carrboro <br />- Central Piedmont Community Action by having the group <br />present at the community workshop and raise awareness of the <br />services they provide to homes <br />- The families of the residents, as the home is most often the <br />largest transfer of wealth to the younger generations f or <br />marginalized communities. <br />- Orange County Economy - Housing stock will be improved, <br />DocuSign Envelope ID: 05316BF7-95C7-4D54-82D9-7EBD5926DA4D
