Applicant organization’s <br />Purpose/Mission (2-4 sentences): <br />Energy Reduction Specialists of NC, Inc. makes existing homes and <br />buildings more energy efficient, comfortable, and resilient while <br />also improving indoor air quality and health of the home or <br />building. This work requires careful consideration of each home or <br />building using a whole-house systems approach to ensure <br />problems are properly diagnosed and fixed the correct way and in <br />the proper order to maximize improvements and return on <br />investments while reducing the chances of creating additional <br />problems. <br /> <br />c. Please provide a brief description <br />of your organization’s past <br />achievements in carrying out <br />similar projects and evidence of <br />successful record of meeting <br />proposed budgets and <br />timetables (2-4 sentences): <br />Energy Reduction Specialists of NC, Inc. has considerable <br />experience in working with grant and incentive programs in North <br />Carolina. ERS of NC has worked as a contractor with the following <br />programs performing energy assessments of varying levels and <br />performing comprehensive energy efficiency retrofit work. See the <br />Appendix for more information on collaboration with project <br />partners. See Question 29 for more information on past <br />collaborations with the project team. <br /> <br /> <br />d.
