With recent
changes to ADA Title II regulations and updates to the County Transit Plan, OCTS staff
recommends the following public process in updating the County's ADA Plan.
• May 2022 - OUTBoard review Draft Plans and provide comments
• June 2022 — Public meeting(s) on Draft Plan
• June 2022 - OUTBoard review Updated Plan and make recommendation to BOCC
• September 2022 — BOCC receive plan and release for 30 day public comment period
• October 2022 — BOCC conduct public hearing and takes action on Plan
