16 <br /> Notification of No-Show Policy <br /> ADA Patron <br /> Address <br /> Dear <br /> It is the policy of OCPT to inform our patrons of factors that may affect their transit services. No- <br /> shows are one of those factors. <br /> No-Shows, as well as late cancellations, result in wasted trips which could have been used by other <br /> passengers.
