15 <br /> Should you encounter an emergency situation please contact reservations as soon as possible to alert <br /> them of your circumstances. Taking these proper steps may prevent your trip from being recorded as <br /> a "no-show" and deter from any possible service suspensions. <br /> No Show per 30 day Period. <br /> Maximum of 2 no shows per month <br /> If the rider exceeds these limits on a monthly basis,they are then subject to the following schedule <br /> for suspension of service. <br /> 151violation— letter of warning <br /> 2nd violation —30 day suspension of service <br /> Appeal Process <br /> If you have been suspended from service and you feel information regarding your no-show is incorrect, <br /> you have the ability to submit an appeal. You can appeal in writing to Customer Service and a <br /> Representative will contact the passenger within five working days of receiving the notification to <br /> schedule a time to visit regarding the appeal. Appeals are granted at the discretion of Transportation <br /> Administrator or his/her representative. <br /> All appeals must be submitted in writing within 30 days.
