Each Contractor shall coordinate with all other <br />Contractors for satisfactory completion of each item of the addendum and the total project. The Prime <br />Contractor shall be responsible for seeing that his subcontractors/material suppliers are properly apprised <br />of the contents of this Clarification. The following clarifications, amendments, additions, deletions, <br />revisions, and/or modification are hereby made a part of the Contract Documents, and change the original <br />documents only in the manner and to the extent stated herein. <br /> <br /> <br />GENERAL CLARIFICATION <br /> <br />1. Previously posted specifications had formatting/printing errors. New specs have been <br />provided to replace existing only printing errors have been revised. Please re-download <br />from www.nextplans.com <br /> <br /> <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br /> <br />2. Refer to Division 08 – Section 084113 <br />a. Old Castle Building Envelope shall be considered as an equal substitute to the <br />basis of design providing that specified product meets or exceeds specifications <br /> <br />3. Refer to Division 07- Section 075423 - Polyvinyl-Chloride (80 Mil-PVC) Membrane <br />Roofing <br />a. there has been no approved substitutions for the specifications /Basis of Design <br /> <br />4. Refer to Division 28 Fire Alarm shall be by owner. G.C shall coordinate with the owner’s <br />selected vender. See attached Specifications red-marked by owner vender along <br />with owner vender responsibility matrix <br /> <br />5. Refer to Division 23 and Mechanical Drawings HVAC controls shall be by owner. G.C <br />shall coordinate with the owner’s selected vender. See attached Specifications red- <br />marked by owner vender along with owner vender responsibility matrix <br /> <br /> <br />6.
