Attachment 2-B provides a history of the Per Pupil Appropriation. <br /> Attachment 2-C provides a history of the Chapel Hill-Carrboro City Schools District Tax. <br /> Attachment 2-D represents the School Districts Local Current Expense Fund Balance Policy. <br /> Attachment 2-E presents the revised Capital Investment Plan Schools Projects Summary to reflect <br /> the revised ADM%, as included in the FY 2022-23 Manager's Recommended Operating Budget. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPACT: Information on the financial impact is included in the above Background <br /> section. <br /> SOCIAL JUSTICE IMPACT: There are no Orange County Social Justice Goal impacts <br /> associated with this item. <br /> ENVIRONMENTAL IMPACT: There are no Orange County Environmental Responsibility Goal <br /> impacts associated with discussion of this item. <br /> RECOMMENDATION(S): The Manager recommends that the Board discuss the topics noted <br /> and provide direction to staff, as appropriate. <br />
