This report is meant to be an update of previous memorandum issued by <br />staff concerning this topic, outline potential issues concerning the enforcement of zoning <br />regulations, and identify possible solutions to enforcement issues. <br />The purpose of the analysis is to inform the County Manager and County Board of <br />Commissioners: <br />I) Which violations aze most common in occurrence, <br />2) Impact on the general health, safety, welfare, and the enviromnent of various violations, <br />3) Where (geographically) violations are known <br />4) The process of; and the degree of difficulty in, bringing violations into compliance, <br />5) Where involvement of the County Attorney's office is required, and <br />6) Identifying problem areas and possible solutions with respect to zoning enforcement <br />issues. <br />MEMORANDUM <br />
