The <br />Board awaits response from the University regarding its request for approximately 3 acres within <br />the abutting Carolina North campus to provide enhanced parking potential, See map attached. <br />FINANCIAt_ IMPACT: No financial impact is associated with the appointment of this group, As <br />a reminder, the 2001 Bond included a total of $4 million far one senior center in both Central <br />and Southern Orange County, with the remaining estimated $2..15 million being financed <br />through alternative financing means closer to the time of construction. <br />
