He said there are no <br /> areas designated. <br /> Chair Price asked if there is a need for Twin Parks right now or has that need <br /> decreased. <br /> David Stancil said no and that the county built the greenway section. He said that the <br /> Town of Carrboro is planning on finishing that section for connection to the Bolin Creek Trail. <br /> He said they hear about that park sometimes from landowners but that it's a complicated facility <br /> because there are roads leading to where park would be built. He said it is still a combo <br /> education center and park. He said that there is still a colocation part of it because the ball <br /> fields at Twin Creek are close to the schools, but it isn't an easy or cheap park to build. He said <br /> it will be the county's largest park once it is built. <br /> Travis Myren said projects were prioritized by revenue or if a partner is involved. <br /> Chair Price said she was just wondering if needs had changed over time. She asked if <br /> people are allowed in there. <br /> David Stancil said there are signs asking people to stay on trails. <br />
