Motor Vehicle Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board considered adopting a resolution to release motor vehicle property tax values for <br /> seven taxpayers with a total of seven bills that will result in a reduction of revenue. <br /> c. Property Tax Releases/Refunds <br /> The Board considered adopting resolution to release property tax values for eleven taxpayers <br /> with a total of nineteen bills that will result in a reduction of revenue. <br /> d. Advisory Boards and Commissions —Appointments <br /> The Board will consider approving Boards and Commissions appointments as reviewed and <br /> discussed during the March 10, 2022 Work Session. <br /> e. Amendment to the Advisory Board Policy <br /> The Board considered one substantive deletion from the Advisory Board Policy. <br /> f. Request for Road Additions to the State Maintained Secondary Road System for <br /> Bridgeton Place and Forest Creek Road in the Creek Wood Subdivision <br /> The Board considered making a recommendation to the North Carolina Department of <br /> Transportation (NCDOT), and the North Carolina Board of Transportation (NC BOT), <br /> concerning a petition to add Bridgeton Place and Forest Creek Road in the Creek Wood <br /> Subdivision to the State Maintained Secondary Road System. <br /> g. Maior Subdivision Preliminary Plat Revision — The Lodges at Chapel Hill <br /> The Board considered a revision to a previously approved major subdivision Preliminary Plat for <br /> "The Lodges at Chapel Hill". <br /> h. First Reading: Emergency Services Franchise by Ordinance — First Choice Medical <br /> Transport, LLC <br /> The Board considered, on First Reading, granting the renewal of a franchise agreement by <br /> ordinance to First Choice Medical Transport, LLC (First Choice) to provide routine convalescent <br /> transport services and surge capacity emergency services for basic life support (BLS) <br /> transportation. <br />
