Details <br /> <br />• The contract will run from May 1, 2020 to June 30, 2022 annually. <br /> <br />• Both Orange County and Highland Mapping have the implied right to <br />terminate the contract at the end of each contract cycle for any reason. <br />Failure to terminate said contract in writing will result in continued <br />contractual obligation. <br /> <br />• Rates beyond 90 hours: <br /> <br />▪ $150.00 / hour for remote work <br /> <br />▪ $150.00 / hour plus expenses for on-site work <br /> <br />• Travel expenses will be $75 / day and will be deducted from overall <br />contract value. <br /> <br />• Highland Mapping will respond via telephone and / or email to any <br />requests from Orange County within 48 hours of initial contact. After <br />acknowledgement of issue, Highland Mapping will make all attempts to <br />resolve the problem in a timely manner.
