12 <br /> Attachment 2 <br /> UDO AMENDMENT PACKET NOTES: <br /> The following pages contain Unified Development Ordinance (UDO) amendments necessary to <br /> conform Orange County's UDO to the state's most current Model Ordinances for Erosion & <br /> Sedimentation Control (E&SC), Stormwater Management, and Performance Guarantee <br /> requirements as mandated by applicable General Statutes and state design manuals. These <br /> UDO amendments also incorporate consistent use of terminology and definitions throughout the <br /> UDO, as related to the topics above. <br /> Within this amendment package: <br /> • Red Underlined Text: Denotes new, proposed text that staff is suggesting be <br /> added to the UDO <br /> • Red Strikethre gh Text: Denotes existing text that staff is proposing to delete <br /> Only those pages of the UDO impacted by the proposed modifications have been included within <br /> this packet. Due to time constraints, staff was not able to add a large "X" through large sections <br /> of text that are not part of the amendments under consideration. Readers should look for a vertical <br /> line in the left side margin of a page if revisions on a particular page are not immediately evident <br /> (in other words, in instances where an amendment is only a word or two, or a section reference, <br /> or a spelling correction, it may not immediately "jump out" at readers). <br /> Please note that Legal Sufficiency Review is not yet complete.
