In <br /> locating buildings, parking, and other features on the site, the following standards <br /> must be met: <br /> (a) Minimize disturbance and phase development wherever practical. <br /> (b) Preserve existing vegetation, especially significant stands of trees along <br /> drainageways, on steep slopes, and in buffer areas. <br /> (c) Use the natural shape of the land with minimal grading to locate features <br /> in a way that minimized impacts on and off the site. <br /> (2) All site grading must be designed to meet the standards shown on the following <br /> table: <br /> SLOPEa TABLE 6.15.7.G.2: D• - . <br /> SITE AREA MINIMUM SLOPE MAXIMUM SLOPE <br /> Planting Areas 2% 3:1 <br /> Parking Lot Pavement 2% 4% <br /> Driveways and Access Drives 2% 5% <br /> Orange County, North Carolina-Unified Development Ordinance Page 6-132 <br />
