Ms. Love recruited a <br />replacement from the JPA and recommends Ms. Suzanne Had, who has accepted the <br />nomination. <br />FINANCIAL IMPACT: None <br />RECOMMENDATION(S): Appoint MS. Suzanne Haft to the JPA Seat on the Chapel Hill <br />Planning Boat for a term 10 expire June 30, 2005.
