13 <br /> 1 Travis Myren said this is a multiyear project to repair and replace sections of the Lake <br /> 2 Orange dam. He said the orange outlines illustrated on the slide show cracks in the dam. He <br /> 3 said the project includes repairs and a survey. He said the survey will show where county land <br /> 4 begins and private land ends. <br /> 5 Commissioner Hamilton said she noticed that the capital investment plan notebook said <br /> 6 that staff is hopeful that federal infrastructure funds may be available for this project. She asked <br /> 7 what year federal infrastructure funding may be available, how much, and where would <br /> 8 budgeted money go instead. <br /> 9 Travis Myren said he will follow up with timeline of potential funding. He said if federal <br /> 10 money is received, this amount would be taken out of CIP and not borrowed. <br /> 11 Chair Price asked what the $2 million in professional services is for (from the CIP <br /> 12 notebook) <br /> 13 Kirk Vaughn, Budget Analyst, and Travis Myren said it for the replacement of the <br /> 14 spillway channel. <br /> 15 Travis Myren explained that there was a typo and the construction cost amount and <br /> 16 professional services amount shown in the CIP notebook should be switched.
