July 20, 2021<br /> <br />To whom it may concern,<br /> <br /> This letter is to certify the Eno River Farmers’ Market organization’s exemption <br />from Orange County’s Solid Waste Program Fee for the fiscal years 2019- 2020. ERFM <br />does not own any real estate, whatsoever. The Eno River Farmers’ Market is held each <br />week at the David Price Farmers’ Market Pavillon located at 144 E Margaret Lane. This <br />is a county property that is rented out by our organization, and therefore it is ERFM’s <br />belief that the County would be responsible for paying this fee.
