<br />The “full” board members are elected by the voting membership of the market to three-year terms,
<br />whose periods are staggered to avoid complete board turn-over in any one year. Elections are typically
<br />held in March of each year. Emily holds the community member position, a voting position, to which
<br />position she is appointed by the board itself.
<br />Officers are chosen by the board, from the members of the board, each year, after elections have been
<br />held and the community member appointed. Officers’ terms are all one year.
