Minutes <br /> The Board approved minutes from the February 8, 2022 Virtual Work Session and February 17, <br /> 2022 Virtual Business Meeting. <br /> b. Change in BOCC Meeting Schedule for 2022 <br /> The Board amended its meeting calendar for 2022 and rescheduled the May 17, 2022 BOCC <br /> Business Meeting to May 24, 2022 at 7:00 pm. <br /> c. Schools Adequate Public Facilities Ordinance (SAPFO) — Receipt and Transmittal of <br /> 2022 Annual Technical Advisory Committee Report <br /> The Board received the 2022 Annual Report of the SAPFO Technical Advisory Committee <br /> (SAPFOTAC) and transmitted it to the SAPFO partners for comments before certification in <br /> May. <br /> d. Approval of a Resolution Authorizing an Increase in the Micro-Purchase Threshold <br /> from $10,000 to $30,000 <br /> The Board approved a resolution increasing the micro-purchase threshold from $10,000 to <br /> $30,000 for County expenditures incurred with Federal Grant funds and authorized an <br /> amendment to the County's Purchasing Policy to reflect the increased thresholds. <br /> e. Changes to the Orange County Broadband Task Force <br /> The Board approved a change to the number of positions composing the Orange County <br /> Broadband Task Force. <br /> f. Lake Orange Erosion Control Barrier Replacement Protect — Award of Construction <br /> Contract Amendment#1 (Amendment over $250,000) <br /> The Board awarded a construction contract amendment (over $250,000) for the construction of <br /> ALT-1 scope as defined within the Lake Orange Erosion Control Barrier Replacement Project. <br /> g. Fiscal Year 2021-22 Budget Amendment#9 <br /> The Board approved a budget amendment for Fiscal Year 2021-22. <br /> 9. County Manager's Report <br /> Bonnie Hammersley said that the county's new northern campus including the jail and <br /> Bonnie B. Davis Facility was the third GMP in her career. She said all of those projects have <br /> come in under budget on a GMP. She said she and the Deputy Manager review all change <br /> orders, so unless there is an act of God, she will not allow the price to increase. <br />
