Section 11 . Medical Oversight <br /> a . Grantee shall designate a representative of Grantee to attend and participate <br /> in regular meetings of the Orange County EMS Peer Review Committee . <br /> b . Grantee shall monitor and comply with any online medical direction for <br /> operating within EMT-P systems . <br /> the Grantor ' s plan for Medical Oversight and <br /> c . Grantee shall comply with <br /> Written Treatment Protocols . <br /> d . Grantee shall comply with the Grantor ' s written plan to address the <br /> management of the EMS System including : <br /> is the triage of patients to appropriate facilities ; <br /> ii . transport of patients to facilities outside of the system; <br /> ills Arrangement for transporting patients to appropriate facilities when <br /> diversion or bypass plans are activated ; <br /> We A mechanism for reporting, monitoring and establishing standards <br /> for system response times ; <br /> v . A special events staffing plan; <br /> vie A disaster plan; and <br /> vile Mass gathering plan. <br /> e . Grantee shall comply with the Medical Director ' s written guidance <br /> regarding decision about the equipment, medical supplies , and medications <br /> that will be carried on any ambulance or other EMS Services Vehicle . <br /> f. The Medical Director may suspend temporarily, pending due process <br /> review by the EMS Peer Review Committee, any of Grantee ' s EMS <br /> personnel from further participation in the EMS system when the Medical <br /> Director determines that the activities or medical care rendered by such <br /> personnel may be detrimental to the care of the patient, constitute <br /> unprofessional behavior or results in non- compliance with credentialing <br /> requirements . <br /> Section 12 .
