This paragraph is not intended to limit and does not limit the <br /> definition of violation to discrimination . <br /> i <br /> Section 23 . Acceptance by Grantee <br /> F <br /> 4 <br /> r <br /> This Franchise and all of its terms and provisions shall be accepted by Grantee in writing <br /> in the form hereinafter set forth within thirty (30 ) days of the grant of this Franchise by <br /> the Grantor and when accepted shall be filed with Grantor ' s Clerk who shall record the <br /> same in the Book of Ordinances . <br /> Such written acceptance may be upon or at the end of a copy of this Franchise Ordinance <br /> and it shall state and express the acceptance of said Franchise and its terms , conditions G <br /> and provisions ; and Grantee shall agree in said written acceptance to abide by, to observe I <br /> and to perform the same according to all of its terms and provisions , subject to applicable <br /> state and federal law and shall declare that statements and recitals contained on said <br /> Franchise are correct and that it has made and does make the agreements and statements <br /> set forth in this Franchise .
