Please describe any <br />projects that you have <br />completed successfully in the <br />past which are similar to the <br />project you are proposing: <br /> <br />Rebuilding Together of the Triangle has an expansive, proven, and <br />well-known track record of completing quality and affordable <br />repairs for Orange County residents. <br />30. If you are proposing to <br />collaborate with other <br />organizations on this project, <br />please briefly describe their <br />relevant experience to the <br />project and/or the target <br />population: <br />A key collaboration is with the Orange County Home Preservation <br />Coalition. The OCHPC maintains a comprehensive, online, <br />homeowner database that constitutes the target population for <br />this project. RTT will select project clients from this database. The <br />OCHPC will also track the energy efficiency services that RTT <br />provides to project clients. At monthly OCHPC meetings RTT will <br />provide progress updates and will discuss any service issues with <br />the OCHPC. <br />31. Please describe any other <br />relevant expertise or capacity <br />to carry out the project in your <br />application: <br /> <br />As a result of our expansive housing rehabilitation footprint, RTT <br />has strong existing relationships with prequalified, skilled <br />contractors to carry out this work effectively and efficiently. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Criterion 5 - Local Economic Development <br /> <br />32.
