No sign shall be permitted on the side street <br />frontage of a comer building, if such building is located within one hundred <br />feet of a Residential District. <br />9.4 Restrictions On Illumination Etc <br />No source of Illumination on a sign, such as floodlights, spotlights, <br />unshielded bulbs, etc., shall be directly `risible from any stalk right of way. <br />from any residential district or from adjacent premises.
