Jn the Government Services Center in Hillsborough North Carolina. <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS PRESENT: Chat Stephen H. People; and Commissioners Margaret <br />W. Brown, Moses Carey, Jr., Ali" M. Link, Jr., Assistant County Manager Rod <br />Visser and Clerk to the Road Beverly A. The Solid Waste Advisory <br />Board's recommendation is that public funds, primarily from the Solid Waste Management Dependent <br />revervas be used an pay for all costs ex cept BE Interior plumbing and comment of monthly water bills. Also, <br />that the County should consider some type of lowintersat [son to help cidsans pay for Interior plumbing. If a decision is made to fund from landrill money then that fund needs to be available and a time <br />limit cannot be sat until the risk of leachate is gone. Geoffrey Gledhill said had Me County could create e <br />community development protect and fund Me project from fire general fund and set a time limit. <br />
