Proof of ownership and family income <br />will be required. <br />Income will be defined as the gross amount received annually from all sources by <br />every person residing in the dwelling, Including wages, pension, Social Security, <br />interest, rent, dividends, etc. A third party must verify all family income. <br />Applicants eligible for grants will be required to execute a grant agreement.
